Melissa Beames

Melissa Nappo Beames is passionate about forging authentic relationships with people and helping them realize their dreams. She never gives up and is dedicated to negotiating successfully on behalf of her clients.

Following in the footsteps of a real estate legacy family, visiting open houses and keeping abreast of the market have always been a part of Melissa’s life. Specifically knowledgeable in interior design, she lends incredible skill when it comes to reimagining spaces in order to prepare a home for market or helping a client see the potential in a new home. She has sold and bought her own homes and has completed major remodels. Organized and detail-oriented, nothing slips through the cracks with Melissa’s keen oversight.

Melissa was raised in Cupertino but has spent most of her time living in Hillsborough where she raised her family. In the past Melissa has also lived in San Francisco, Burlingame, and Los Angeles and currently resides in Millbrae. She attended the University of Southern California, receiving her bachelor’s degree in business entrepreneurship. Before devoting herself full-time to real estate, Melissa worked in investment banking and bond sales.

Family is the central focus of Melissa’s free time; she has three wonderful children, a French bulldog, two cats and a large African tortoise. She enjoys traveling locally and internationally, kayaking, hiking, reading, swimming, and volunteering time in her local community.
