A true West Coast native, Nasim was born and raised in the LA/Venice Beach area and has called various coastal regions home. She spent her undergraduate years in Santa Cruz, where she earned a degree in Sociology from UC Santa Cruz, and later completed her MPA with a focus on Urban Studies at California State University.

A founding member of the National Hispanic Organization of Real Estate Associates, Nasim is a dedicated liaison to the SF Bay Area Latino Community, advocating for and engaging with diverse communities. After living in the Bay Area for the last eight years, she's proven herself as a real estate expert in the region.

Outside of the real estate realm, Nasim finds solace in exploring both local and international destinations, staying active with yoga, hiking, biking, and tending to her two beloved dogs, Neige and Lobo.
