Margot and Ricky are a mother/son-in-law residential real estate team that have combined their unique strengths and backgrounds to the benefit of their clients.

A long-time Peninsula resident, Margot got her real estate license in 1988, following experience with residential building as well as in radio and television advertising. Currently working on her 22nd remodel project – a vacation home in Palm Springs – she brings a depth of experience that isn’t easy to replicate. Margot is never afraid of diving into difficult challenges and uses her knowledge and resourcefulness to get done what needs doing. The trusting relationships she has built over a successful career continue to enrich her life.

Her son-in-law Ricky joined her in 2017 after cutting his teeth in the advertising industry where he managed multi-million dollar digital media campaigns. A Bay Area native, Ricky adds a dimension of technical expertise and marketing savvy to Margot’s intimate understanding of the area and the industry. Their complementary skillsets are an invaluable asset to their clients.

Margot and Ricky are both involved in supporting youth in the community. Ricky coaches baseball and serves on the boards of the Menlo Atherton Little League and the Menlo Park Atherton Education Fund. Together, Margot and Ricky created a scholarship fund that provides less fortunate kids the opportunity to attend the Legends Baseball Camp at little or no cost to their families.

As a successful mother/son-in-law team, Margot and Ricky understand the importance of family and their clients often become an extension of their own.
