REQUIREMENTS TO SHOW PROPERTY (7/13/20)

Seller signs RLA-CAA this includes:
    • RLA-CAA section 5 B&C - Provision to address the cost of cleaning
    • PEAD -S for Seller/Occupant to sign– if no exceptions then load in Skyslope – request that Seller update you if changes in COVID related exposure or illness.
    • BPPP – Best Practices & Prevention Plan – included with RLA-CAA no signature needed

Visitors sign via Electronic delivery in advance of appointment
    • PEAD – V for Visitor – property address must be included
    • BPPP - Best Practices & Prevention Plan – included with PEAD no signature needed
    • PRE – Rules for Entry

Tenant sign in advance of Property Entry during COVID

Commission Payments – Our accounting will be streamlined.  We will not be providing checks for pickup and can EFT or mail checks to your home address, the staffing in accounting, front desk and at title companies may cause a delay in payment. We will be working to get checks out as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

File Review – File review staff will be working remotely from home as possible.

Advertising – We will still be advertising in the various regions. Please continue as you have before to submit ads locally.

Custom Marketing – Please delay any non-essential campaigns. Xpressdocs has many templated solutions and you can always order through that platform.  You can login through access.sir.com; if you don’t remember your password, you can reset. Be patient with the resetting process.
