Neen Martelino

Neen Martelino is at her best when she is helping others succeed. Whether she’s working with boot camp clients toward significant fitness goals, encouraging her children, or helping a first-time home buyer make a big decision, she loves seeing others achieve their dreams.

Fourteen years in high tech customer operations roles helped hone Neen’s analytical skills. A skilled project manager and self-proclaimed spreadsheet junky, she is adept at using data to inform important decisions – a real benefit to her clients buying and selling homes.

Neen is a natural salesperson. What was supposed to be a short, fun, part-time stint in the tasting room of Testarossa Winery in Los Gatos soon found her in the position of top sales associate, and then as event sales manager. That experience confirmed her love of connecting people with something of value and giving them a great experience in the process. The pandemic-induced shutdown of in-person events encouraged her to make the jump into residential real estate.

A Bay Area native, Neen is closely connected to the Campbell area where she grew up. She focuses her real estate efforts on her childhood home as well as the communities surrounding the Cambrian area of San Jose, where she now lives. Neen and her husband have been married since 2001 and have three wonderful children that light their lives every day. Her favorite activities are with her family, somewhere outdoors (preferably a beach!) or for a movie night.
