My diverse education includes: B.S. Cal State Hayward Administrative Justice, Harvard Kennedy School of Business, Stanford and UC Berkeley executive leadership and public policy programs, as well as, local, state and national Government Management and Leadership Institutions. I have benefited from thousands of hours of creating and participating in coaching workshops, life enrichment retreats, certification programs, property transactions and specialty executive seminars. I also had the privilege of serving for and on dozens of boards, commissions, committees, neighborhood task forces and associations. I serve with deep dedication, efficient and effective proven techniques and heartfelt care in all that I do.

My journey in the Real Estate and land use field began in 1992. I have almost three decades of unique and diverse experience in the Real Estate industry within local and regional government. My expertise ranges from: advanced code enforcement, building safety, rental inspection, permitting and property improvements, the development and implementation of dozens of successful code and property rental programs, large scale economic development, affordable and senior housing, the development and enforcement of zoning and land use laws and policies. For five years I was also dedicated to the disposition of 255 state-owned residential properties that included oversite of home and pest inspections, property appraisals, moving stipends, demolition, contract negotiations, home ownership and tenant relocation.
