Cyd Gardner is proud to be affiliated with Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty management team. She has more than 37 years in real estate and over 26 years in management. Prior to joining Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty, Cyd managed sales associates at Coldwell Banker and Frank Howard Allen, then built the Marin office of Paragon Real Estate Group (now Compass.) As a result, she thrives in the day to day real estate culture of Marin County.

Cyd moved to California from Salt Lake City in 1973 after graduating from the University of Utah. She learned many skills in her long nursing career that serve her in her current profession: listening, prioritizing, putting client needs first and compassion which make her a respected, hands-on manager. Cyd is a life-long learner and participates in training, networking and the community of Marin. She lives in San Anselmo with her husband and enjoys travel, reading and golf in her leisure time.
