Mike Khalesi

Mike Khalesi brings a deep background in architecture to his practice of luxury residential real estate, holding two professional degrees from the University of Southern California (USC) in Architecture and Landscape Architecture. In 2006, he was awarded the ASLA International Award of Excellence for Residential Design. He has been focused on innovative design and sustainable technologies, along with creative approaches toward luxury residential and hospitality projects since 2009.

Mike welcomes the most complex of building challenges, with expertise designing extremely complicated hillside and coastal development projects. He is responsible for iconic developments valued at over $280M throughout California in prime locations that include Malibu, Bel Air, Menlo Park, and Atherton.

The innovative design process that Mike brings to each of his projects focuses on maximizing valuations by evaluating architectural potentials, analyzing municipal codes, and developing a strategic value matrix for existing or proposed developments.

His professional adventures have connected him to a unique worldwide network from Monaco to Moscow, London and Dubai all the way to his twin California bases in Beverly Hills and Silicon Valley.
