A collaborative negotiator, Gil has a knack for minimizing conflict while winning favorable terms for his clients, an approach that hearkens back to his days as a college soccer player where he was known as a versatile, ambidextrous defender whose pleasant demeanor belied his tenacity.

Early work as a cost analyst for high tech companies helps him view real estate with a keen eye for value and upside potential. In 2002, Gil decided to marry his interest in business and finance with his people skills and got his real estate license, working first as a loan officer and then as a residential real estate agent.
