Candiss Pridmore Howden

With strong ties to the community, as a seventh-generation Napan, Candiss was raised on the family ranch in Napa. Her friends will tell you she knows just about everyone in town.

In 2005, Candiss became a Real Estate Professional and entered into a partnership with her grandmother, Nancy Pridmore, a highly respected broker with more than forty-seven years' experience. This partnership allowed Candiss to learn the business from the perspective of a successful broker. A 2007 alumna of Leadership Napa Valley, Candiss has had the opportunity to be involved with many business people in the Napa Valley. An experience which helped to further her leadership and business skills.

An avid fitness enthusiast, Candiss is wife to husband Billy and proud mom of two sons, Houston and Jackson. As a family, they enjoy countless outdoor activities including: hiking, biking, riding and camping.
