Sausalito’s 10th Annual Gingerbread House Tour

Nothing conjures up warm feelings of Holiday cheer more than a gingerbread house trimmed with white frosting snow, candy cane fences, and gumdrop roof shingles. This December marks the 10th anniversary of the Sausalito Gingerbread House Tour sponsored by the Sausalito Chamber of Commerce. Decker Bullock Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to be a tour sponsor and passionately stands by the tour’s mission – providing a cost-free way for Bay Area families and residents to capture the magic of the holidays throughout the entire month of December.

The real estate agents from our downtown Sausalito office, Camara Scremin, Nadine Greenwood, Deborah Fletcher, and Eckart Noack invite you to stop by and view the amazingly constructed gingerbread mountain, replicating a Sausalito street scene overview including well-known buildings on Bridgeway, the Golden Gate Bridge, the Sausalito Ferry, Marin Headlands lighthouse and a licorice car driving down Alexander and our own iconic (and newly named) Robin Williams Tunnel.

“Make sure to stop at 211 2nd Street, Sausalito in the Old Town neighborhood to view the amazing details of our Gingerbread Display,” Camara Scremin notes. “We will also have tour maps highlighting the other 35 Sausalito businesses that have their own festive gingerbread houses on display. Bring the whole family for a wonderful (and free) holiday experience.”
